Refund policy

Physical products: We accept returns within 7-14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original condition with proof of purchase. 

Return shipping costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval. Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for processing.
